Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team based in Bogotá, Colombia.

This role will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team and will support the recruitment team in managing the entire recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate should have experience with LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), candidate sourcing and hunting, as well as direct communication with clients, along with other internal administrative tasks.

  • Cultivate a vibrant talent pool for high-demand positions by engaging with potential candidates and fostering long-lasting relationships.
  • Develop and implement diverse recruitment strategies tailored to positions ranging from entry-level analysts to esteemed managerial roles, taking our talent acquisition efforts to new heights.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment cycles for both internal and external selection processes across the LATAM region, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Be the driving force behind attracting top-tier talent for our esteemed company and valued clients, propelling us toward our ambitious goals.
  • Innovate and devise ingenious recruitment strategies to identify and engage both passive and active talent, ensuring a robust portfolio of exceptional candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and effectively align them with job requirements, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Conduct thorough reference and background checks to ensure the integrity and suitability of our future hires.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of pre-employment medical exams in jurisdictions where this requirement applies, streamlining our hiring processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, and/or related areas to Talent Acquisition.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment across LATAM, particularly in IT roles.
  • Advanced English (B2+/C1).
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • Preferably with experience in recruitment agencies, BPOs, and consulting firms.
  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
  • High customer orientation.
