Marketing Assistant

Our Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join the team based in Bogotá, Colombia.

This role will be an integral part of the group marketing team and will support the marketing coordinator with social media management, design and creation of infographics, assisting with article translations, supporting the editor with external website outreach, video content production and other internal administration.

This is a perfect role for someone highly motivated, with a graphic design background and video editing skills to grow and develop as a professional within an established and fast growing company!

Position Responsibilities

  • Support with social media management and posting
  • Lead with design and creation of infographics
  • Assist with article translations
  • Support with external website outreach
  • Lead with video content production and editing
  • Support the broader team with other administrative and marketing activities
  • Other tasks as needed

Position Requirements:

Essential:

  • Advanced English (B2+)
  • 1+ years of professional working experience
  • Design experience with Canva, Illustrator or similar software
  • Experience with video production and editing
  • Eager to learn and develop as a professional
  • Exceptional work-ethic
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily work activities
  • Similar or comparable experience

Desired:

  • Social media management experience
  • Experience with legal and/or accounting services
  • Experience with SEMRush, Majestic, Moz or similar SEO tools
